22 Oct 2023OtherHM Coastguard was alerted after a crew member disappeared from the vessel off Ramsgate, off the coast of Kent, south-east England, UK. A helicopter and several RNLI lifeboats were deployed to search for the man, but after nine hours the search ended without him being found. AIDAPERLA resumed her voyage to La Coruna in north west Spain.
18 Dec 2022OtherPassengers of cruise ship could not go ashore in the port of Roseau on the Caribbean island of Dominica due to strong winds and high waves. Vessel left Roseau prematurely and set course for the next port of Pointe-a-Pitre on the island of Guadeloupe.
