Casualties
| Date | Type | Details |
|---|---|---|
| 21 Jan 2024 | Engine Fault | Tankship suffered engine failure and had to drop anchor at Kecilik Bay, Turkey. This led to getting tagled with an underwater fibre-optic communication cable line, which was seriously damaged. Cable ship Antonio Meucci was appointed to investigate the incident. PERIA's departure permission was cancelled due to incomplete technical damage survey and the cable layer’s further findings. As of 6 February she was at Ambarli anchorage. |
