The ship earlier left Longyan port, Weihai, anchored, but under strong wind and waves brought by typhoon in East China sea, anchor dragged, and the ship drifted aground, issuing distress signal and asking for evac. All 25 crew were safely airlifted by rescued helicopter by noon.
