21 Dec 2025Beached/GroundedRan aground at the entrance to the Port of Sunderland, with no reported injuries or pollution. The vessel, carrying paper products from Karlshamn, grounded shortly after passing the port piers. Tugs from the Tees and Tyne were dispatched to assist in refloating the ship, which was successfully refloated and berthed at Greenwell’s Quay within the port.
24 Jan 2024Mechanical FaultCargo ship had rudder failure during eastbound transit of Kiel Canal and ran into the embankment of waterway at Claustal near Breiholz, Germany. Tug Fairplay 64 towed her to port of Rendsburg for repairs.
