02 Dec 2022	Collision	UPDATE: According to damage survey vessel was found to be damaged at the port sideforeship above the water. Various bents, indentings and cracks were found in the forecastle and pertinent steel members. Vessel collided with general cargo ship BURHAN DIZMAN, while proceeding to her anchorage, at Ahirkapi Anchorage, Istanbul, Marmara sea. BURHAN DIZMAN sustained serious damages portside in superstructure area and TURAN C suffered bow and forecastle damages. TURKAN C was en route to Constanta and BURHAN DIZMAN was en route to Novorossiysk.
