| 27 May 2022 | Beached/Grounded | Vessel ran aground at St-Lawrence Montreal Sainte-Catherine but was refloated hours later and berthed near Sainte-Catherine Lock. Tanker loaded with chemicals is en route from Point Lisas, Trinidad and Tobago, to Hamilton, Lake Ontario. She grounded onto soft bottom and reportedly, didn’t suffer hull breach, or oil spill. Engine failure is said to be the cause of grounding. |
