| 11 Mar 2022 | Beached/Grounded | UPDATE: 01/11/2022 - Vessel has been refloated and taken to Izmir, to a scrap yard, for dismantling. UPDATE: It was reported that the vessel sustained serious structural damage and water ingress as a result of the grounding as continuing adverse weather conditions have prohibited any attempts to refloat the vessel in good time. As of March 16th the vessel was in the English Channel, due south of Plymouth, Devon, heading for Rotterdam. Vessel was pushed aground by strong winds in Iskenderun Bay. Tugs have been sent to refloat her and there were no reports on any damages. |
